Giro Katsimbrakis has worked in the real estate business for twenty years. He started as a leasing agent for Kiska Developers, a major company in New York City. Through hard work, determination, and skill, he quickly moved up in the company chain to top agent, and eventually Director of Sales. Within four months, he was able to bring the company out of the red and expand the office to over twenty agents. During this time, Giro realized his true passion was for the investment side of real estate–buying, renovating, and selling properties.
After two years of uninterrupted success, Giro left Kiska to follow his dream and start his own commercial/residential real estate company called East River Properties. In 1995, he moved westward to the take on the emerging Las Vegas Market, where he had several years of prosperity before setting out to tackle the soon to be booming market in Arizona. Through it all, Giro’s passion and ambition have helped him succeed again and again in a very turbulent industry.
After Arizona, Giro Katsimbrakis relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and founded Distressed Property Wholesalers, which he is currently in the process of expanding into markets around the country. In his real estate career, Giro has bought and sold millions of dollars of real estate, and has rehabbed over four hundred properties. Giro has shared his expertise with others in the business, helping them become wealthy, successful real estate investors as well.
